Mr. Bergman has served as the Administrative Services Director for the General Services Agency – Administrative Division since December 2009. He acquired general business management experience with several companies prior to joining the County of Ventura, and he has extensive accounting knowledge that includes Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) compliance and cost plan procedures in municipal government.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1999.

Mr. Bergman joined the Board on 01/01/2024.
